1.By entering the free prize draw (the “Prize Draw” from now on) you agree to these terms and conditions.
The scope of this “Prize Draw” is to offer free weeks of holiday in Greece, 4 nights at a hotel or rent room facility (night only). The “Prize Draw” does not include travel expenses to final destinations or return, such as air, ferry or train tickets, rent a car etc, or expenses in Greece or while traveling, travel insurance or any other related expense that may occur.
2.This Prize Draw is open to residents of the US only aged 18 years or over, except for employees of the BEST1 WORLD MEDIA LLC and AWG LLC, their families, agencies, or anyone else associated with this Prize Draw.
3.To enter: a) you must complete the entry form with personal details online.
b) you must answer 2 questions related to Greece.
c) by signing up to greeceeverywhere newsletter list.
Prize Draw opens at 12pm (EST) on June 1 2020 and closes at 11.59pm (EST) on April 29 2022. There will be one drawing, the last day of every second month, starting June 30 2020 (Closing dates). Last drawing (Last Closing Date) will be April 30 2022. In each drawing there will be more than one (1) winners if there are more free weeks available. Only one entry per person. BEST1 WORLD MEDIA LLC does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Each entry participates to all drawings unless it won.
4. By entering this Prize Draw, you agree that your details including your email address may be used to keep you informed about www.greeceeverywhere.com promotions, products and news. Greeceeverywhere.com complies with the standard procedures laid down in the USA Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes unless you have given us permission to do so.
5.The winners will be the first entry drawn at random (by an independent person) within 3 days of each Closing Date. Greeceeverywhere.com decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. There will only be 1 winner per prize.
6.There will be many same prizes. Each “Prize” consists of: – 4 nights at a 4* hotel (room only) or room to rent for 2 pesrons.
7.The Prize is provided by each hotel.
8.Both the winner and the winner’s guest (the “Winners”) must be aged 18 years or over.
9.All other expenses are the responsibility of the Winners including (without limitation) transport to and from the airports, tickets, expenses for food and additional hotel charges.
10.Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a double or twin room on a room only basis.
11. If the Prize is not claimed within 1 week of the winner being notified, Greeceeverywhere.com, reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.
12. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Greeceeverywhere.com reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control, act of God/force majeure.
13. By entering the Prize Draw the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Greeceeverywhere.com may require.
14. Winners are able to extend their trip at their own expense.
15. Winners should allow up to 30 days for their prize to be confirmed.
16. Once a booking is confirmed, no name or date changes may be made.
17. The winner may be required to participate in publicity and consents to the material being used for advertising purposes.
18. Unless otherwise notified, it will be assumed that the Winners both have a full passport, valid for at least 6 months on the date of travel.
19. Visas are the responsibility of the Winners.
20. Winners must have access to a personal email account.
21. Winners will need a credit or debit card for the security deposit in order to check in to the hotel.
22. Greeceeverywhere.com reserves the right to (i) cancel this Prize Draw, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants).
