Offer does not include lunch, dinner, or any expenses made within the hotel during the stay of the winners in the establishment.
I acknowledge that greeceeverywhere.com undertakes to promote my “Company”:
Display on the website on the destinations / draws page for the offered weeks
Display on the website on the destinations/winners page for the offered weeks
Promotion on the website on an exclusive page listed, with photos and information
Promotion for the free week in the 15-day newsletter sent to all subscribers
Promotion for the free week on social media accounts of “greeceeverywhere.com.”
Display of special offers that “Company” provides to the subscribers of “greeceeverywhere.com.”
The above obligations of “greece-everywhere.com” expire on the last day of the month in which the last “free week” of the Company ends.
The Company must provide photographic and other material for its proper display on “greece-everywhere.com.” By uploading or sending to “greece-everywhere.com” photos/images you certify, warrant and agree that you own the copyright to the photos/images and that you agree that greece-everywhere.com” may use the uploaded or sent photos/images on its website, and in (online/offline) promotional materials at its discretion sees fit. You are granting greece-everywhere.com” a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, unconditional, perpetual right and license to use, reproduce, display, have reproduced, distribute, sublicense, communicate and make available the photos/images as greece-everywhere.com” at its discretion sees fit. By uploading or sending these photos/images the person uploading or sent the picture(s) accepts full legal and moral responsibility of any and all legal claims that are made by any third parties. greece-everywhere.com” does not own or endorse the photos/images that are uploaded. The truthfulness, validity and right to use of all photos/images is assumed by the person who uploaded or sent the photo, and is not the responsibility of greece-everywhere.com”.
The creation of Company’s promotion page can be created either by the Company itself or by the team of “greece-everywhere.com” at no extra cost.
Company is required to allocate a week or weeks that has already offered. It acknowledges that an offer that has already been drawn cannot be canceled.
In case that “Company” wishes to withdraw a “free week” of a draw, it must notify “greece-everywhere.com” in writing at least 30 business days before the draw date.
Draw
Upon completion of the draw, “greece-everywhere.com” informs the winner and the “Company” of the result of the draw, simultaneously. Winner must contact Company within 30 days and agree on the dates of the “free week.” “Greeceeverywherewhere.com” has the right to contact the winner and Company to confirm the communication between them. “Greece-everywhere.com” has no responsibility to the Company if the winner cancels his trip. “Greece-everywhere.com” has no right to replace the winner with another if a cancellation is made after 30 working days from the draw date. In case of cancellation by the winner of his participation within 30 working days, “greeceeverywhere.com” has the right to set the transfer “free week” to the alternate winner.
